Hi, I'm Patrik - a certified mindfulness teacher and the founder of Nature of Mind, a platform that supports purpose-driven individuals in aligning inner well-being with outer impact.
With a background in real estate, sustainability and the arts, I bring a rare blend of real-world experience and deep contemplative practice.
As an open-minded skeptic, I'm guided not by dogma, but by insights from direct experience, and evidence from both spiritual traditions and science.
My work is informed by intensive study with world-renowned teachers in mindfulness, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems (IFS), yoga, and non-dual meditation. 

Through mentoring, retreats and courses I help people to slow down, reconnect and live with greater clarity, presence and purpose, all shaped by my own profound journey.
